1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Subject to the conditions outlined below, participation is available to all individuals residing in Australia & New Zealand who have met the specified criteria stated below (‘Eligible Entrants’). Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Individuals who are employees of the Promoters, affiliated agencies and companies, contractors, or related persons, along with their immediate families, are not permitted to enter this contest. Immediate family includes any of the following: spouse, former spouse, domestic partner, child or stepchild (whether through natural birth or adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, stepsibling, or first cousin.

Participants bear full responsibility and accountability for the content they submit and any additional information they share with other online users via Instagram and Facebook. Subject to applicable laws, each participant agrees to protect, defend, and hold harmless Instagram, its affiliated agencies, and associated companies from all losses, legal actions, claims, expenses, costs, and damages (of any kind) that might arise due to the participant's involvement in the promotion. 1. The competition closes Sunday 10 May at 11:59pm AEST.
2. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
3. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or email within two business days.
4. The prize will be issued within 30 days.
5. If unclaimed after 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

1. If the prize involves a trip or tour, the Promoter recommends that the recipient consider seeking advice about undertaking travel & health insurances. The prize does not include insurances of any kind. These are the responsibility of the Prize recipient.
2. Providing incorrect contact details voids entries and prize claims. If a recipient of a prize violates this, they must promptly return it. Promoter's discretion determines breaches; they can request proof, and entrants must comply.
3. If an entrant uses a third party for entry, their submissions are void and prize entitlement is cancelled. Breach requires swift prize return. Promoter decides breaches, can request evidence, and entrants must comply. False info or unfair practices lead to disqualification.
4. If the prize isn't available, the Promoter can replace it with an equivalent or superior one as per regulations. Cash isn't guaranteed. Accepting the prize means adhering to conditions and supplier rules. Prizes are as presented, no compensation for inability to use as intended.
5. For seamless communication and potential prize delivery, the promotor strongly advised to provide a current residential street address when requested. While the Promoter strives to deliver prizes to the given addresses, they can't ensure re-sending of prizes returned due to non-delivery.
6. Winners may be asked to sign a release or other required forms, provide proof of identity, age, residency, and valid entry to claim a prize. Verification suitability is at the Promoter's discretion. Failure to provide suitable proof results in prize forfeiture without substitute.
7. A redraw may occur if a claimed winner fails to meet these Terms and Conditions or breaches them.
8. The Promoter's decisions, guided by State and Territory laws, are final. No correspondence will be entertained. Late, lost, or misdirected entries aren't the Promoter's responsibility. Prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable (except cash prizes), and not redeemable as cash. Prizes are sent to the nominated entry address. The Promoter and related parties aren't liable for prizes damaged or lost in transit.

1. Upon entering this competition, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing messages from the Promoter, including electronic messages, for an unlimited duration. Entrants can opt-out anytime by following the instructions in each message from the Promoter.

1. All submitted entries, including any copyright in those entries, become the property of the Promoter, who has the right to publish or arrange for the publication of any received entries.
2. Winners, as part of their prize, agree to engage in editorial activities related to the Competition, such as interviews and photography. Winners (and their companions) also grant the Promoter an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use such media worldwide, including online social platforms, without entitlement to any compensation.
3. Prize-winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
4. The Promoter (in accordance with State and Territory laws) reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond their control affect its administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct. Individuals found tampering with the entry process or other aspects of the competition will be disqualified. The use of computer-generated entries and scripting is prohibited and will not be accepted.
   To the extent permitted by law, excluding the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) bears no responsibility and disclaims liability (including negligence) for personal injury, loss, or damage (including missed opportunities). This encompasses technical glitches or equipment malfunctions, within or beyond the Promoter’s control; theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference; late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize claims resulting from factors beyond the Promoter's control; prize value deviations from these Terms; tax obligations of winners or entrants; or prize usage.
