All of our all our sunscreens are listed with the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) of Australia and offer the highest level of sun protection, SPF50 and SPF50+.

The TGA regulations in Australia classify sunscreens as a listed medicine. This means they must be manufactured in pre-approved and certified facilities specifically designed for producing such medicines. They are not allowed to be made in standard, cosmetic manufacturing facilities.
Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and approved, with the exception of some of our skin renewing products where you should follow instructions when used.
Yes, all sunscreen products that are TGA listed (including all of ours) are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If any contraindications exist, they are required by the TGA to be clearly stated on the label. However, if you have any concerns, it's always best to consult your doctor for relevant advice.
Yes, Airyday sunscreens are safe for use on children and toddlers. Many families love using them daily - especially Clear as Day SPF 50+ and Tough Luxe SPF 50, as they’re ideal for active and water-heavy days.
As with any new skincare product (particularly for little ones), we recommend doing a quick patch test first to ensure its compatible with your child’s skin. Our SPFs are designed to be gentle, protective, and skin-loving, making them suitable for the whole family.
Both are great options, each with their own unique benefits - and what works best will always come down to the individual. Skin type, texture preferences and daily routines all play a role. The best sunscreen is the one your skin loves and the one you actually look forward to wearing every single day.
None of our SPFs are tinted in the traditional sense. However, each formula has its own unique texture that delivers a subtle blurring or skin-evening effect - so while they’re not tinted per se, they still give that dreamy, radiant-skin finish we’re known for.
Some formulas in our range do contain a very small amount of pigment, but this is for functional - not cosmetic - reasons. For example, Mineral Mousse SPF50+ and Pretty in Zinc SPF50+ include a touch of pigment to counteract the stark white or blue tones commonly associated with zinc-based sunscreens. This helps create a smoother, more seamless application while maintaining a sheer finish that lets your natural skin shine through.
Based on our ingredient composition and how our sunscreens are formulated, we believe they’re unlikely to clog pores. That said, they are still sunscreens (even if they don’t feel or smell like one), so we always recommend a thorough cleanse at the end of the day to help prevent any product build-up on the skin.
All our sunscreens are free from oxybenzone and octinoxate, the two UV filters currently regulated in locations such as Hawaii due to concerns around their potential impact on coral reefs.
If you prefer a mineral-only (zinc-based) option, we also offer two physical sunscreens in our range that may be better suited to your needs.

Aluminium Tubes
Yes! We are proud to use the world's first 100% recycled, closed-loop aluminium tube, made with 95% post-consumer and 5% post-industrial waste. Make sure to separate the lid from the tube and pop each item into their respective recycling type.
Our aluminium tubes are also manufactured with a significantly smaller carbon footprint - 70% less CO2, to be exact -compared to other aluminium tubes.
Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic (PCR) Bottles
Yes! Tough Luxe SPF50 marks the first time we’ve used plastic packaging instead of our usual aluminium tubes. The bottle is made from 100% PCR plastic, giving existing plastic a second life while offering added durability for beach days, travel and life on the go.

Our Eco Mini might look sturdy, but she’s designed to snap - on purpose! The long nozzle has a built-in weak point, so it opens easily (a bit like snapping a glow stick).
After use, simply spin the tip around and pop it back into the neck to reseal. For a tighter seal, press it down on a firm surface and you’re good to go.

Shipping / Returns
We're now shipping straight from New Zealand, so you can get your Airyday goodies even faster.
All orders are sent with Premium Delivery and takes 1–3 days to all metro areas. Rural and regional areas may take an additional 1-2 days.
We're currently shipping to Australia and Singpoare from our airyday.co website.

Change of Mind & Non-Compatibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or product incompatibility on any opened or used products, including sunscreen, skincare, or devices.
In Australia, sunscreen is classified as a therapeutic good. Once purchased, SPF products cannot be returned or reintroduced into circulation.
We strongly recommend reaching out to our team before purchasing if you're unsure, we’re always happy to help you find the right product for your skin or routine.
Devices & Accessories (Including LED Devices)
We only accept returns on devices and accessories if they are deemed to be faulty, or if they are unused, unopened, and in their full original packaging, including any protective sleeves or coverings.
Opened or used devices cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Refund or replacements of opened products or devices are only offered if an item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Due to the beautifully soft and malleable nature of aluminium, our tubes will always be perfectly imperfect in some way. We do not consider dings or dents, damage & you shouldn’t either. Our aluminium tubes are made from 100% recycled materials in a closed-loop system, so don’t forget to keep the loop going and recycle them again!
